As a Product Manager at Docflow, you will help us accelerate our vision of building a document management ecosystem that is enabled by tech, built by an amazing team, and loved by our customers. With our latest € 1.3M growth investment, we aim to grow our team, scale our product, and expand into the next vertical - so that we can enable the world to transition to template-based document creation! As our Product Manager, you will have a great role in making this happen by acting as a bridge between our customers and our business. 

Required Qualifications? 🚶‍♀️

• Fluent command of the Dutch language.

• Master's degree or equivalent practical experience.

• Demonstrated understanding of the techniques and methods of modern product discovery and product delivery.
• 2+ years working on SaaS technology products as either a product manager, product designer, engineer, data analyst, data scientist, or user researcher.
• Demonstrated ability to learn multiple functional areas of business – engineering, design, finance, sales, or marketing.
• Demonstrated ability to figure out solutions to hard problems with many constraints, using sound judgment to assess risks, and to lay out your argument in a well-structured, data-informed, written narrative.
• Experience in leading a small team and proven ability to engage with engineers, designers, and company leaders in a constructive and collaborative relationship.

What? [You'll be doing] 👀

As a Product Manager, you'll lead our growing Product Team. You'll work together as a team as well as independently on the strategy and roadmap to making our software even better for our clients. You have the confidence to challenge and influence your colleagues and stakeholders and you will keep them informed about our software lifecycle, such as product strategy, new features and launching new products.

In this role there is plenty of room for your ideas. You understand that consistent innovation is the goal, generating new ideas, supervising our software design and ensuring the solution is feasible at all times. Our team is growing fast and we'll support your growth ambitions as much as possible. What you can expect

💰 € 50 – 100 k per year (of which ~30-50% equity that we fully expect to be at least 10x in the coming years), based on experience.
