At Docflow, we are on a mission to improve efficiency and save valuable time by enabling our users to create better documents in less time!

As a UX Research Intern at Docflow, you will dive into research on how our customers use our document management ecosystem and will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience with improving our innovative product. The core of your development during this internship will be based on discovering and/or translating customer insights - so that we can create valuable experiences for our users together. With your data-driven mindset and valuable insights, you will have a great role in enabling the world to transition to template-based document creation! 

Required Qualifications? 🚶‍♀️

• You are a final-year student enrolled in a program in Industrial Design/Software Development/UX Design
• You have a strong interest in design, analytics, UX-research, and product development
• You have excellent communication skills in English
  
• You have 0-2 years of work experience
  
• You are currently living in the Netherlands and willing to commute (at least 2-3 days a week) to our office in Amsterdam
  

Bonus If: ⭐️

• You are fluent in Dutch
• You have previous experience in UX Research/Design

What? [You'll be doing] 👀

During this internship, you will have the opportunity to dive deep into product analytics. At Docflow, we want to have a better understanding of how our features are used and by whom. To achieve this, we are looking for an ambitious intern with a data-driven mindset who will help us implement an analytics tool (posthog) in order to derive product improvements based on data.

You will also have a chance to work on improving the onboarding experience of our users through this internship. Docflow is still an enterprise-focused tool, but we want to make it more accessible for our first-time users, without any form of training. We believe that your contributions to improving various features of our product and further implementing in-app guides will be valuable for our users to have the optimal experience with our template-based document creation ecosystem.
